It all started with curiosity. A friend told Bernadette about essential oils and how they could affect mood and help certain conditions. A few months later Bernadette was enrolled at Normandale Community College to learn the basics of herbal therapy. She fell in love. The simplicity of using the same herbal treatments that our ancestors used made sense to Bernadette.
She began experimenting in her home, making different forms of herbal therapy and creating a wide variety of healing teas, tinctures, balms, salves, and oils. She has studied extensively the use of herbology for:

Mind, Spirit, and Emotions
Neuromuscular Systems
Immune and Endocrine Systems
Cardiovascular Systems
Bernadette is also a Healing Touch Practitioner, Usui Reiki Practitioner, and trained in Intuitive Energy Healing and the Akashic Records. Her spiritual gifts allow her to quickly tap into what is needed and channel healing energy to the receiver. Her sessions combine energy healing, crystal therapy, channeled messages from angels and guides, and herbal therapy to continue transformation after the initial treatment.
